Do my medication records leave my phone?
No. Everything is stored on your device. We run no server and collect no data.
Why am I not getting reminders?
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → DoseCove and allow notifications. Also check
that your dose schedule has at least one time set.
What does Premium unlock?
Unlimited medicines (the free plan covers 5), full adherence statistics, and the
doctor report export.
How do I cancel Premium?
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DoseCove → Cancel Subscription.
